ByoByn is a revolutionary food waste storage system that allows households to easily collect and store food waste for recycling without having to worry about nasty smells or even wash out the bin.
Instrumental in helping the founder to raise funding from WRAP which paid for patent research. Signposted and helped ByoByn with an application to Finance South East for further funding. Used my extensive network to push the project forward including introductions to product developers / prototypers, a patent attorney and the Manufacturing advisory service.
ByoByn has now finished CAD designs for the product and determined detailed manufacturing costs. This level of detail has allowed the founder to apply for funding to push the project towards manufacture.
