C-innovate are a specialist change management and user experience consultancy which helps to ensure that new technologies are adopted quickly and effectively within organisations. They specialise in the implementation of mobile systems that assist remote workers (e.g. police on the beat or nurses doing home visits).
C-innovate briefed us that they wanted to build on their very successful BlackBerry roll-out support for UK police forces by moving into the health sector. Reydoog Consultancy Services used its large network to arrange meetings for C-innovate with two large health providers in the area and we were also able to network them with a team of mentors, a voice coach, an IT firm who may be able to refer clients to them and a development agency looking to do market research into business broadband requirements. Finally Reydoog Consultancy Services highlighted an opportunity for C-Innovate to apply for a TSB grant and helped and supported the application.
