Since 2005, Reydoog Consultancy Services (RCS) has worked with a large number of clients and helped over a dozen companies raise in excess of £2m in funding for new business activities. Some of this work has been through the East Sussex Enterprise Hub, who took on the services of Reydoog Consultancy Services to deliver some of its services, some through Beepurple at the University of Brighton who contracted with Reydoog Consultancy Services to provide a business advisor for 1 on 1 intensive support of young entrepreneurs and some through the SEEDA funded Innovation and Growth Team (IGT). I am also a ProfitNet Plus consultant where I provide 1 to 1 support to business on the award winning action learning system developed at the University of Brighton. Conexall

Conexall is an innovative unified communications system that enables groups to communicate by any method, email SMS or telephone and for group members to receive their messages by their most convenient or preferred method. RCS produced a detailed financial forecast that enabled Conexall to raise the funds required to develop the project. More information on Conexall

Tissue Viability Consultancy Services

Run a successful wound healing centre and consultancy in Eastbourne. Helped the company to grow the business by looking at strategic direction and advising on various offers of investment the company received. More information on TVCS

SA Translations

Aimed at website owners who want to take their business onto the international market, SA Translations translates website content for her clients. Our consultant explained the different ways the business could be set up (Limited company or sole trader), advised on VAT and other tax issues and helped SA Translations to start to use an accounting package to track expenses in and out of the business. ULTRaMo Engine

ULTRaMo is an internal combustion engine (ICE) capable of over 70% thermal efficiency much better than competing engines meaning more miles per gallon. Introduced the founders of the UltraMo engine to Richard Atkins, a combustion engine expert with over 50 years in the industry and helped company apply for a SEEDA R&D grant. cValcy

cValcy are developing and marketing a range of exclusive cutting edge natural & nutritional ameliorative skin care products aimed at the upper quadrant of the natural market. Reviewed, restructured and helped to write the cValcy business plan and introduced the founder to a bank manager and a panel of business angels about early stage funding for the project. Rackheath Group

Developing a new rain intensity gauge for environmental monitoring. Helped company apply for an R&D grant and networked with local technical specialists. More information on Rackheath

ByoByn

A revolutionary food waste storage system. Instrumental in helping the founder to raise funding for patent costs and to apply to Finance South East for further funding. Also introduced company to local manufacturers to drive project. More information on ByoByn

FTI

FTI are specialists in providing pressure and vacuum valves to industry and academia. FTI Managing Director, Andrew Parker, informed me that he had ambitious plans to grow his business by over 20% annually over the next 3 years and I was tasked in assisting with the planning for this rapid expansion through use of our network and by assisting with a GBI grant application. Freestreme

Freestreme is a range of super cool light-weight protective body armour for extreme sports. Introduced the Freestreme team to a number of people with specialist skills in this area including a business advisor who is also an ice-hockey coach and another advisor who has a background in ballistic testing. C-Innovate

C-innovate are a specialist change management and user experience consultancy which helps to ensure that new technologies are adopted quickly and effectively within organisations. Reydoog Consultancy Services used its large network to develop opportunities for the company and also highlighted an opportunity for the company to apply for a TSB grant and helped and supported the application. Sensatech

Sensatech are world leaders in the field of capacitive sensing (using distortions in an electric field to detect objects) and are developing a number of products based on this principle in a number of markets. NeQstep are a professional consultancy which specialise in progressing ideas from concept to the point where the financial and academic value can be realised. We networked the company with members of the SEEDA funded Solent and the Gatick Diamond & West Sussex Innovation Growth Teams so that the Innovation Growth Teams can refer suitable clients to the consultancy as required.
