When Aneta Smaga came to our consultant the business was just an idea. Our consultant explained the different ways the business could be set up (Limited company or sole trader), discussed the pros and cons and outlined the paperwork involved with both options. He also advised on VAT and other tax issues and help SA Translations to start to use an accounting package to track expenses in and out of the business.
Aneta Smaga is juggling this business with studying for a Master's Degree in Holland but despite this the business is growing. She started out translating websites from English to Polish (her own native tongue), but has since taken on freelancers who are native speakers in a number of other languages.
